Wade & Juani were married at La Venta Inn. A gorgeous location for a gorgeous couple. We had so much fun at their wedding…especially the reception. I love watching people have a blast at receptions. This reception was even more fun because everyone just happened to be amazing dancers. I’ll show pictures of the fancy dancing soon.

Hopefully, I spelled sweet Zechariah’s name right. Seriously, doesn’t this first picture make you want to hug and kiss him? Oh my goodness.

Gerrit and Erin had their wedding day up in the mountains at Green Valley Lake. It was my first mountain wedding. It was such different scenery and lighting, and it smelled amazing too. I love seeing how each couple expresses their personalities and love through their wedding. Rob and I often wonder what we would do differently if we were going to plan our wedding now. I’m sure it wouldn’t be as cheap as what we got away with then, so it’s probably good that we didn’t know any better.

It’s always an adventure photographing my kids or my nephews. When the kids know the photographer, they’re so much more comfortable to be very silly and all over the place. But, I love doing it because they’re such special little guys.
